Welcome to Ghent Square

The Ghent Square community association is located in beautiful downtown Norfolk, Virginia. Our community is comprised of 462 units that include single family homes, town homes, and two condominium associations. The community combines the security and safety of the suburbs, the convenience of urban living, and the beauty of private, landscaped green spaces and streets lined with mature trees.

Ghent Square enjoys close proximity to the major art and music venues as well as the business district of Norfolk, and medical facilities like Sentara, CHKD and Eastern Virginia Medical School. Restaurants are plentiful and within walking distance, the Naro Theater, health clubs, a YMCA, boutiques, specialty shops, The Chrysler Museum, The Virginia Opera House, MacArthur Mall – everything you may need is only five minutes away on foot. Members enjoy use of the pool and tennis courts as well as a club house which is available for private parties and business meetings.  Our tree-lined streets and numerous green spaces encourage outdoor activities and chance meetings with neighbors and friends.
