Portable Storage Container Unit or Dumpster Use

Subject to the standard ARB application and approval process, with approval granted, residents may use a Portable Storage Container Unit (POSSCU) for temporary storage or a ‘dumpster’ for construction debris or trash removal for the duration of a construction project. The ARB’s decision shall focus on the identification of any impacts on the property of adjacent owners or of the Association arising from the proposed location of the POSSCU or dumpster. The duration of initial approval shall be limited to forty-five days (45) days; application may be made for desired extensions. Approval of the same POSSCU or dumpster location for a period of 90 days or longer within a two year period shall require evidence of extraordinary circumstances.
